Space Invaders Proposal

My game Space Invaders is based from the original
Arcade Game, Space Invaders. The premise of this game is to shoot
all the Invaders before they reach Earth and kill you.
The characters include one space ship and eight
invaders. I chose an image from the internet of the space ship and
invader I liked and then proceeded to program the space ship and
program one invader. After programming one invader, I copied it and
they proceeded to spawn on top of each other so it appeared that there
was only one. I then had to change the X axis for all the Invaders
so they would not spawn on each other.
For the Space Ship, I
used A and D to move the Space Ship back and forth. I then pressed
Space Bar to make it fire. For the Invaders, I simply made it move
to the right by 30 steps and when it hit the wall it would bounce
back and move down a level. This made it harder to hit the Invaders
because they were moving back and forth and toward you constantly.
Day 1
- go to internet and choose image of Space Ship and Invader I liked.
- programmed the Space Ship to move Left and Right.
Plan 2
- made the Space Ship fire. I had a bit of trouble with this as the bullet was firing sideways instead of straight up. I asked for help for the Student Teacher available and he helped me fix it.
Plan 3
- I made the Invaders bounce back and forth. When they hit a wall they flipped so I had to fix this.
- I made it so when the Invader was touched by the bullet they disappeared.
Plan 4
- I copied the Invaders I had and proceeded to change the X Axis.
